Voilà, je dois faire l'expression de l'année dernière soit " You tell your friends that you have decided to apply for a summer job in an English-speaking country. They react to your decision. Write the scene"

Voilà, j'ai commencé et j'aimerai savoir si je part bien ou pas ( car j'ai un ENORME problme avec les temps du passé)

J"ai décidé d'inviter mes amis dans ma maison pour leur annoncer que je vais aller à New York parce qu'il parle anglais dans ce pays et je veux voir la statue de la liberté ou les plages de Los Angeles.

Mes amis sont arrivés, ils se sont assis sur mes sofas, j'avais préparé des toasts et des biscuits pour mon annonce. Tout le monde parlait alors que moi, j’appréhendais. Je me suis levé, je prit mon verre et commença mon discours.

"J’ai trouvé un travail pour les vacances d'été." Ils me regardèrent, joyeux." Mais ce travail est aux Etats-Unis à Los Angeles."

At this moment, certains d'eux rayonnaient de joie alors que d'autres s'inquiétait.

Je lui répondis « Pas de problème, je prendrais plein de photo seulement pour toi. » Un autre ami, Tom, prit la parole " tu ne parle pas très bien anglais, tu seras seul, loin de nous. Tu vas devenir fou!" Je lui répondit « Si je vais à Los Angeles, c’est pour améliorer mon anglais, but je n’avais pas imaginer que je serai seul dans ce pays étranger. »

Ils partirent, me laissant avec mes pensées. Je pensai ‘partir dans un pays étranger n’est pas toujours facile parce que la langue est differente et parfois on se sent seul mais c’est le meilleur moyen d’apprendre une langue.’

Le problème fut résolut, ils refusèrent sa candidature.

They left, leaving me alone with my thoughts. I thought "starting in a foreign country is not always easy because the language is different and sometimes we feel alone but this is the best way to learn a language.

The problem was solved, they refuse my candidature. (268)

Ce n'est pas mal, mais tu as eu le tort d'écrire ton texte en français et de le traduire, ce qui donne forcément des tournures "à la française". (Vois à la fin du message.)

À l'avenir, ne fais pas de phrases trop longues. Deux propositions suffisent amplement. Essaye de "penser" en anglais. Mets quelques mots, qui seront un mini plan, sur une feuille de papier, puis rédige en anglais.
