j'ai demandé à ma professeur d'anglais de m'envoyer des sujets pour améliorer mon anglais écrit. elle m'en enverra mais ne pourra corriger car elle a des réunions pour l'an prochain.. Je vous remercie d'avance pour la correction. Léonie.

Le sujet: Tourism has increased so much over the last fifty years that this is having a mainly negative impact on local inhabitants and the environment. However, others claim that this is good for Economy.

Mon devoir:

Go on holidays has become a social value in all modern society, because of the increase of wages in the last 50 years. The development of tourism creates many employments in this sector, like hotel trade, restaurant industry and hobbies. But from another part, the mass tourism provokes housing crisis for local habitants and issues for the environment. Should we prohibit tourism?

                Eliminate tourism is an excessive solution, and if we want to do it, countries all over the world must work together to prohibit it, but it seems impossible. Indeed, many countries keep their economy safe thanks to tourism: for example, in Greece, the mass tourism is the second resource of money and this sector is the first employer in the country. And with the COVID-19, we can observe the impact of suspension of tourism in the world’s economy. Moreover, if we be beyond the economic setting, tourism is a wealth to learn, visiting historic monuments, museums, and our heritage in general.

                But we cannot ignore negative impacts of tourism. In Spain, local habitants in summer stations have to move, because rends become excessive. Besides, the environment is not spare: destruction of beaches provokes a lake of biodiversity, and the Mediterranean is more and more contaminate by tourists. Actually, the real solution to keep tourism and the environment safe is to be responsible. Localities must work with professionals of tourism and environmentalists to impose a maximum number of tourists to preserve the environment, and lows to insure habitations for local habitants. The Machu Picchu in Peru has already used this kind of low to protect the Inca’s heritage.

                No doubt about it that tourism has a real economic power in some countries. But we must understand that it is a danger for local habitants and the environment. Citizens have to be responsible with the mass tourism and thinking their way of travel.

Seul un gérondif (v-ing) peut prendre la fonction sujet ou complément d'un verbe.

En anglais, le nom "inhabitants" compte un préfixe supplémentaire. ?

À deux reprises, tu emploies l'adjectif "low" à la place du nom "law". Leur phonétique permet de les distinguer sans le moindre doute.

Un grand merci et j'en enverrai d'autres lorsque ma professeur m'enverra un sujet.

J'ai écouté low et law, effectivement ça n'est pas du tout la même prononciation (je le prononçais très mal)
