Petit texte en anglais à corriger

Bonsoir je devais inventer une histoire à partir d'une image en 300 mots, mon niveau d'anglais est très bas car je parle couramment espagnol et je ne me suis jamais vraiment concentrée sur l'anglais car je n'aime pas ça. Mais j'ai essayé de faire un petit texte avec des mots et des phrases simples car j'ai du mal avec les temps du passé. Il me manque une vingtaine de mots pour validé mon exercice.

Mary is a famous singer and she is 25 years old. She is a blond woman with blue eyes. The perfect woman for a lot of men. But she is married for 1 year. She got married to Las Vegas with John her producer. He is fun and kind. He is serious in the work but no in his life of couple. Mary dreams to make children. John is very busy and does not have time to take care of his wife so Mary is often alone in their house in Santa-Barbara with their dog Roy. That becomes very hard to support for her, she wants more, she wants that the situation changes.

The day of John's birthday she decides to invite him to the restaurant to be able to speak to him about what she wants to change. An italian restaurant wich they like. This day he worked so he had to join her to the restaurant. At 10pm John is already 2 hours late, so she was worried she thought that he had fallen ill or that had happened something. So Mary was going to take him in the work. She arrives in front of the studio, the door was opened. She enters and sees her husband with another woman. Mary is crying because she realizes that it has been 1 year that is also with the other woman. She taken her (affaires) to back home and out she is overturned by a car. She was to take to the hospital and in her awakening John was here. He says to her " we made you analyses. You are pregnant ".

Le présent de narration n'existe pas en anglais.

But she is (temps = present perfect : action commencée dans le passé et non terminée) married for 1 year. She got married to Las Vegas with John her producer. He is fun and kind. He is serious in the work but no in his life of couple. Mary dreams to make children. John is very busy and does not have time to take care of his wife so Mary is often alone in their house in Santa-Barbara with their dog Roy. That becomes very hard to support bear/endure/put up with for her, she wants more, she wants that the situation changes (construction de la proposition infinitive ?).

She taken her (affaires) things to (verbe ?) back home and out (si elle est renversée par une voiture, c'est forcément dehors, non ?) she is overturned (renverser = to knock down, to run over) by a car. She was to take (passif : was + part. passé) to the hospital and in her awakening John was here. He says to told her " we made you analyses. You are pregnant ".
