Customer service report

Executive summary

Some customers are not happy about some problems which can upset them. We have made a meeting with the other members of the customer service to look at the different complaints and to think about solutions to improve the customer service at the company.

Introduction

The report will look at:

 the different complaints of the customers

 the solutions Hermes Communication can afford to them

 recommendations to avoid future incidents of this nature

Findings

1) The customer 1 is not happy because he called the helpline to ask some questions about his monthly bill but it was always busy.

2) This customer is complaining about a battery problem on his phone, and he says that he knows other people with the same problem on this type of mobile.

3) The customer 3 has some problems on his mobile account. He put £20 two times on it, and it was not credited. And he did not succeed to call an important client due to this problem.

4) This customer has subscribed one of our services to have cheap-rate calls to US, but in finally it did not work out. And Hermes has asked him to pay £30 a month to maintain this service.

5) The customer 5 has some health problems due to the use of mobiles. He wants to know what the company is doing to avoid health problems.

6) This customer is complaining about one of our sales staff because he tried to sale him some useless package.

7) The last customer has bought a mobile too complicated for him, because a salesman pushed him.

Conclusion

With simple ideas, the company can avoid these problems. Moreover, it has to respond to each customer and has to solve there problems as soon as possible.

Recommendations

1) The company can put more people to the helpline, to avoid any problems with a long waiting time for customers.

2) Hermes communication has to be sure that the mobiles it sales have a very good quality.

3) The company has to put in place a system of mystery shoppers to evaluate the level of the customer service.

4) The company has to look at the trainings to send employees there regularly.

5) Hermes communication can launch researches to know the dangers of using a mobile about long term health risks.

Ce travail est bien issu de mon cerveau pourtant, peut-être un peu de fatigue et un "sujet" bizarre ne m'ont pas encouragé a faire preuve de bonne volonté...

Hey,

Je pense qu'il serait mieux d'utiliser "pleased" ou "content" à la place de "happy". Bien sur, ce sont des synonymes, mais happy ne semble pas convenir pour une telle lettre ( c'est mon avis) , ce n'est pas assez "formel" si tu vois ce que je veux dire... ou sinon utilise "are unsatisfied" (sont insatisfaits) par exemple :)
