Can songs and music influence your life? Do some songs or tunes bring back memories from the past or play an important part for you? Can comitted singers change the course of history? I will not say that songs and music influence my life, but they play an important part in my life. I choose the songs I listen according to my mood and my frame of mind. I listen to sad songs when "ça ne va pas", joyful songs to "me remonter le moral" or rousing songs when I want to dance. I listen to music everywhere, any time. Morning, evening, in my bed when I'm going to sleep, in publics transports... They are some songs which come back memories to my mind. For example, when I listen to "Comptine d'un autre été", one of numerous songs of "Le fabuleux destin d'Amélie Poulain", I find it difficult to hold back one's tears. This song reminds me a lot of memories of unforgettable holidays I spent a few years ago with people I did not seen since and who miss me tremendously. There are songs which play an important part for me because they remind me good times happened with people I love. It's the reason why I often listen to them.
