[...] Some time later, she calmes down enough to hurl a mouth full of abuse at AlfFields, Gracie's white father. She screamed at him in Aboriginal English and Mardu wangku, and beat his chest with her small fists. "Why didn't you stop them ?" she cried out in anger and frustration. [...] He tried to explain that the atrol officer was a government representative and an officer of the Crown. Had he interfered or tried to stop the man he would have been arrested and put in goal and charged with obstructing the course of justice. Gracie's mother didn't listen. "You are a white man too, they will listen to you. Go and talk to them," she pleaded softly. Le faire équivaudrait à te rendre un très mauvais service. Il est en effet trop facile d'évacuer le problème en disant "je n'ai pas d'idées", d'autant plus qu'inventer des questions "Right" or "Wrong" à partir du texte ne relève pas d'un niveau astronomique. Je crois comprendre que tu es en première, donc d'un niveau largement suffisant pour réussir ce genre d'exercice. Relis le texte attentivement en fonction des questions "Vrai" ou "Faux" à trouver et tu vas les trouver, c'est sûr. Bon travail et à te lire.

She beat Gracie's white father with her small fists. Gracie's father would have been arrested if he had interfered. Gracie's mother listened carefully. Gracie's mother wanted Gracie's father to go and talk to the patrol officer. Etc... Good luck! @+
