The notion I’m going to deal with is « Spaces and Exchanges. To begin with, I’d like to give a definition of the notion, an exchange is in this sequence, migratory flows, exile between two spaces, or countries. ».

 I’m going to talk about migrants and refugees, to illustrate the notion spaces and exchanges because a migrant is one who moves, either temporarily or permanently, from one place, area, or country of residence to another and a refugee is any person who owing to a well-founded fear of persecution is outside their country of nationality and unable or unwilling to seek the protection of that country. In fact migrants and refugees distinctive the notion spaces and exchanges.

First, I’d like to talk origin of emigration. European Union take face a migration crisis. In fact, migrants and refugees come from Middle East of Africa including Afghanistan and Syria are major, for go to north because there are host countries. They to leave one’s country for chase a war, bombs, poverty or religious persecution, for choose a peace in European Union and to seek a better life. Migrants want go to two countries in European Union, on Germany and on United Kingdom because there are jobs opportunities. That more, Union Nation adopted an agreement committed to developing standards of care that include providing better education opportunities for refugee children, improving the working conditions for displaced adults.

 

II Impact

Now, I’d like to talk emigration impact. With close to one million people arriving in 2015, many Europeans worry about the integration of these new populations. In fact many Europeans are against arrival of migrants and refugees, consequently the response to refuges and migrants is often xenophobic nationalism and fear. The arrival of migrants and refugees create many tensions such as because of border management. With control of this border, the United Kingdom create a limit access. So, migrants wait in France for have a visa for go to United Kingdom. But they are many thousand wait in France, on Calais, and try their luck for pass a border. It’s because the UK immigration minister made a Calais wall, is the latest attempt to prevent refugees and migrants jumping aboard lorries heading for the Channel port.

Our answer was what is the origin and impact migrants and refugees? Migrants and refugees want to go north for try a better life, for to flee a war or persecutions but their arrival is contested, due to tension their store up.

 

In my opinion while this crisis have often been portrayed as an unprecedented, this is certainly not the first time that Europe has faced such challenges. So it’s not impossible but it’s not easy.  He must politics take important decision.
