Je vous souhaite une bonne année! (un peu en avance certes!)

Je dois compléter ( en effet, je ne sais pas comment le rendre plus consistant) et améliorer le texte qui suit, or, l'anglais est une matière que je ne maîtrise pas vraiment...Peut-être pourriez-vous m'aider?

Two young people are on an elephant, they cross the village to get an important person. The girl is dressed in an orange sari and the young man wears light black trousers and a white tunic, tied by a black belt. They talk about their day, their lives. Both are brother and sister, the young boy is named Al and his sister Achala. They almost always travel together to find this very important person in the village of Benares ... a prince in the eyes of young people, he is like a God. Al and Achala, on the back of this gigantic elephant speak eagerly and greet all the people they meet on their way. The village is alive, people swarm. But the houses are old, you see nothing through the windows, they are too dirty, too dusty. The people of the village are simply dressed, old sarees for women, old pants for men.
All are barefoot, they have a face tired by work. Some elephants carry other people, old merchants, princes or even children who take the rich to where they want to go.
Al and Achala continue their way wisely until they reach the old wise man's house. The dwelling is small, built of earth and stone, it is not very straight and threatens to collapse. They entered and now they are no longer seen. They emerge with the sage some time later, all three on the elephant and head back towards the village.
