But his restaurant was in competition with the restaurant called Taco Bell.

Taco Bell sell its menu at price of 50 cents each.

So Bigari searchs a solution with Cameron to stay competitive.

Bigari suggests reducing the paid leaves.

Cameron is against, he proposes to help their employees.

He created a system to help resolve the problems of the working poor who staffed his restaurants by pulling together an array of services from day care to transportation to small emergency loans.
