:$ Would you say that nowadays education is less strict than it used to be some one hundred years ado ? Compare the virtues and drawback of harsh discipline to the virtues and drawbacks of today’s permissiveness? Dans un premier temps, je voulais faire comme une intro: Today’s education is less strict than it used to be some one hundred years ago. A strict education has both virtues and disadvantages. A strict education enables to teach some essential values such as respect for the others and one’s parents, politeness and good manners. At the time of our grandparents, all were different: -The rules of life were more severe. -Teachers were more stringent. (Ils devaient le vouvoyer) -The students had uniforms they should not forget if he could not go to class or they had lines they should be signed by parents. -As punishment, the teacher put (le bonnet d'ane) to humiliate them. The teacher (mettait au coin = put on time out ?) without parents say some things before because parents and teachers were in agreement. As a reward, the children had an award of excellence, good points. - The girls worked (la couture)one hour per week followed by a written test. The boys make the same things but except that they were working on gardening. Et pour conclure: We can conclude that students at the time of our grandparents had stricter teachers. They had materials which allow their already exercise of materials which later serve them in their homes. Merci d'avance Léana.

Dans un premier temps, je voulais faire comme une intro: Today’s education is less strict than it used to be some one hundred years ago. A strict education has both virtues and disadvantages. Those who have had a strict education enables to teach are taught some essential values such as respect for the others and one’s their parents, politeness and good manners. At the time of our grandparents, all were everything was different: -The rules of life were more severe. -Teachers were more stringent, they demanded to be addressed as “Monsieur/Madame/vous” from their students. (Ils devaient le vouvoyer) -The Students had wore a uniform, they should not forget were forbidden to play truant. Nouvelle phrase> If he they could not go to class or they had been given lines to do, they should had to be signed by their parents.<Revois l’expression de l’obligation. -As a punishment, the teacher put (le bonnet d'âne) a dunce’s cap on their heads to humiliate them. The teacher (mettait au coin = put on time out ?) sent them to stand in the corner without their parents say some things before seeing anything wrong with that because parents and teachers were in agreement. As a reward, the children had an award of excellence, good points marks.<Si tu fais visiblement allusion aux seuls élèves des classes primaires, m’est avis que tu devrais élargir un peu l’auditoire, non ? - The Girls worked (la couture) were taught sewing by hand one hour per week followed by a written test. The Boys make the same things but except that they were working on taught gardening. Et pour conclure: We can conclude that students at the time of our grandparents had stricter teachers. They had were taught materials subjects which allow already enabled their them already to exercise of materials which and would later serve them use/put into practice in their homes. “Ce qui se conçoit bien s’énonce clairement Et les mots pour le dire viennent aisément.” dixit Boileau dans son Art poétique. Fais un effort pour raisonner logiquement et trouver du vocabulaire et des verbes plus évocateurs qu’être et avoir. Les dictionnaires et les grammaires sont faits pour ça.
