Bonjour je dois traduire un texte en anglais mais je ne sais pas si c'est bon et j'aimerai que quelqu'un me corrige SVP.

Depuis la plus haute antiquité, pour s'aider dans ses calculs. L'homme a utilisé des supports:

Ses doigts et des cailloux. Au cours des siècles , des mathématiciens ont recherché des procèdés automatisation des opérations et ont fabriqués des machines à calculer. La plus célèbre est la machine de Pascal. Parallèlement des entrepreneurs et des inventeurs cherchent à automatiser des activités de production. C'est ainsi que Joseph-Marie Jacquard au debut du 19 eme siècles,met au point la commande automatique du métier à tisser à l'aide de cartons perforés.
