Je n'ai pas trouvé beaucoup de synomymes en anglais de certains mots (comme shelf ou brand) : ce qui donne un aspect très répétitif à mon texte (en plus d'un niveau de base avec, je pense, pas mal de fautes..) Est ce possible de me faire corriger ce (mini) rapport de stage ? Je vous en remercie énormément d'avance. (INTRO To find an internship sales consultant, as part of the school, I decided to present my resume and my cover letter in D**** (a firm) C******, near R***. At this moment, I had the opportunity to meet the store manager who immediately welcomed me into his store as a saleswoman for 9 weeks. (FIRM D**** is a Buisness to Consumer store which means that this is a company with a direct relationship with customers. This brand offers appliances and multimedia products, but also a developed service with telephone subscriptions, internet and TV channels. The D**** in which I work is placed in C*****, a commercial area. It is only ten minutes from R**** and includes more than 170 different brands. (OBJECTIVES During this internship in D****, I sell the products in small appliances. I have a direct contact with customers who requested advice about a product or who wished to purchase a specific product in the brand. This internship is also a way to learn how to fit in a new team. This is the first time I practice an internship for a period of two months, particularly with specific objectives. (WORK When I arrive to D****, I should sell the most products that I could in my shelf. At the beginning, it was kind of hard because I didn’t know well the products in my shelf. So my speech was confused and the client gave me not all his confidence. When I sell a product like a coffee machine, I should propose others products which get with the product I have been sold for example the descaler or the guarantee. But being a saleswoman isn’t only sell products. I also have to rank the products relatives to their prices or add the news products in my shelf or print new prices of the day. Sometimes I have to go in another brand which sells the same kind of products. I should write the prices of a specific product in the brand. Then the chief could compare the price between this company and his store. (DIFFICULTY The main difficulty was to get acquainted with the products in the shelf and how they work, because the question was often asked by clients. Often I felt that I was in competition with other saleswomen of my shelf. Some of them did not always accepted that I can advise a client on well-commissioned product. I regret that commissions I have collected throughout the duration of my internship were not given to saleswomen. It would have avoid me a few remarks. But I managed to erase these differences and nothing prevented me from my good integration within the team. (CCL At the professional level, this internship had enabled me to understand the course of a sale to a customer face. Then I could distinguish the different stages of people in order to achieve a sale. Thanks to this internship I could have put myself in a situation of a saleswoman and acquire business experiences as a saleswoman. I discovered at the same time the operation of a business in a big firm. This internship also aims to bring me a good experience on a personal level because it is long enough to learn all the features of the products which I am in contact with and thus learn to assert myself with clients to gain their trust when I have to give them some advice. On the other hand, this course should enable me to learn about myself with a goal of integration into the team.
