Bonjour, j'ai effectué mon mémoire de fin d'études sur la mammectomie et je dois en faire le résumé en français et en anglais.N'étant pas très forte en langue, j'ai besoin d'aide pour le corriger. Merci d'avance

Résumé en français:

Lors de mon stage de 2ème année dans le service de gynécologie, j’ai été interpellée par le nombre de femmes entrant pour une mammectomie et par la complexité de cette prise en charge. Je me suis donc questionné sur ce sujet, ma question de départ étant: en quoi les soins relationnels peuvent-ils permettre aux femmes mammectomisées de mieux vivre leur mutilation et de faire face à ses répercussions. Après avoir fait des recherches, j’ai observé et réalisé des entretiens. Ainsi, je me suis demandé comment améliorer cette prise en charge. J’ai émis quelques hypothèses de réponses, notamment sur la formation et l’augmentation des effectifs. Ce travail m’a permis de réfléchir sur ma pratique professionnelle en émettant le souhait d’être une infirmière à l’aise dans le technique mais surtout dans le relationnel. J’ai ainsi plus de techniques relationnelles à ma disposition pour aider au mieux chaque patient.

During my work experience of 2nd year in gynaecology ward, I was called out to the number of women entering for a mastectomy and by the complexity of this care. I was so questioned on this subject, my original question being: in what the relational care can allow the mastectomy women to live better their mutilation and to face its repercussions. After make research, I observed and realized interviews. So, I wondered how to improve this care. I put forward some hypotheses of answers, in particular on the training and the increase of staff. This work enabled me to think about my professional practice by emitting the wish to be a comfortable nurse in technique but especially in the relational. I so have more relational techniques at my disposal to help at best every patient.
