Tout d'abbord je voulais vous remercier pour votre répense, ça m'aide vraiment beacoup.

voici la suite de mon éxposé , si vous pouviez me le corrigé, et je voudrais aussi s'ils vous plait avoir des conseils pour la présentation orale.j'ai pas l'habitude d'en faire en anglais et ça me stresse énormément.

Human brain in response to stress:(1)

Hormones(including adrenaline and cortisol) produced and secreted by the adrenal gland . adrenaline is secreted as a direct reaction to stressful situations. Adrenaline is released in both the brain and the body. I sharpens the senses, focuses attention, raises the level of fear, raises blood pressure,and in general prepares us for the worst.

Cortisol: like adrenaline is released during times of threat and is critical to survival. Cortisol redistributes the energy of our bodies when we are under attack; to help us survive, it suppresses functions that we do not need for immediate survival, including reproduction, the body's immune response, digestion, and the feeling of pain.

cortisol can cause:

gastric ulcers, thinning of the bones, and brain damage. It causes also hyperglycemia( steroid diabetes), immune suppression, and susceptibility to infections, depression and steroid psychoses.

Others physical and mental problems: loss of appetite, inability to concentrate, memory problems , aches and pains.

How to reduce stress at work:(3)

Managing stress; we can reduce stress

Listening relaxing music or having fun at the work place

Doing aerobic activity or aromatherapy can be useful

Doing relaxation techniques such as meditation, hypnosis,and biofeedback

Expanding the social support network, therefore, can be a means for tension reduction

Increasing communication with employees reduces ambiguty and role conflicts

By giving these employees a voice in the decisions that directly affect their job performances

Management can increase employee control and reduc this role stress.

Some companies organize holidays, or installing child care and fitness centers.

conclusion:

With only minor changes to our routine, we can feel happier, healthier, and be able to cope with more strain from the work life or studies. By identifying areas where we could apply a little improvement , we can find that we lose nothing and gain a much better perspective.
