Si ça peut t'aider : People came in boats, arriving here at Ellis Island. Millions of tired soft feet press together. They are at the cross-road of their dreams. Not their home, nor a new place quite yet. They had nothing more but the suitcase and each other. How do they feel? So close and yet they might never (reach?) their new home. So wound down and yet excited and full of hope, always hope. In this hall/hole(?), all the races were unified. Maybe that's why New York is such tolerance. It was born here, in the hall/hole(?) of waiting. How could you not merge with the world after this? And in this short time, has they ...(blabla tords?) being accepted or rejected. They must have felt tremendous fear and excitement. Sins huge city just within hands reach. And yet behind this poor maces laid the boats they journeid on. Which could send them back to itch with their own mind's hell. Back to the very thing they came to escape and might have to face again. With the man of the desk ...(?) them not ...(?) into New York's ...(?). What was on their minds? And what became with the wounds you had to go back?
