Pouvez vous me corrigez mes erreurs svp (je devais exprimer le regret+if)

My friens is dead when he was 14 years old.. He was shoot by a man when he was walking beside (a coté) a gun-fire. When it is happened, we was fighting( disputer).

If we was not fought, I would probably little better now. If i could came in past, i will want to do my apologize. He was and he is a very interessant person and i would rather, who was doesn't not gone out this night, for he will be probably not died.. He left we, 4years ago, and if I could speak with hi, I will say he miss me and friends, and we pray in his memory ..
