Dear Mr. Smith,

After the meeting of the 27th of February with the members of the management team, about the future strategy of KGV, we have decided to follow 3 main points.

First of all, KGV has to develop an online service. Indeed, the researches show that more and more people buy goods on the Internet. Therefore, if KGV wants to be competitive on this market, it is necessary to start now. However, it is more efficient if this work is done with an external company specialized in online services consultancy like wwwcreation©.

Secondly, KGV has to diversity its activities. Thus, new markets like selling concert tickets, computer software or computer games can be a good opportunity to attract new customers and increase the turnover of the company of 20% based on the researches.

Thirdly, KGV has to keep its stores especially the megastores. Actually, their sales have risen by 8% and it can avoid problems if the online service does not work as well as we have supposed.
