I like this sport because it is a very complete martial art, it can be very flexible, resilient and "faire de ultiple sot périlleux". Wushu is not a direct combat sport, but where we do "des enchainement de technique", the "tao" .I participated in many competitions at both regional and national levels. In China, Wushu is the national sport, the Chinese trains 4hr at a day and this sport may be entering to the Olympic Games in 2012. I train 3 to 4 times a week, between 6hr and 10hr. In my club, there is a very good vibes, thus progressed in the right temper(humeur).. MERCI d'avance
