Dear …………,

Thank you much for the spoons and the French cookery book that you send to me. The recipes look wonderful, and I enjoy using it.

It is a very good idea to have joined spoon because for an English girl like me who isn’t used to flats in sauces I didn’t still possess this equipment.

Yesterday, I tried to make a meal composed of that receipts for friends and I can say that they all appreciated. The French cooking is very different than our, and we discovered surprising flavours. It seems subtler, it associates luxuriously food, which we would not imagine together, and it gives a wealth of gout incredible. As for the dessert I chose to make a tatin tart which is apparently typical, it is a sort of apple tart caramelised. I found it very successful. Contrary to our usual cakes it is very light to eat and it bottom in the mouth.

All my friends congratulated me on my flat and I can admit that that I was rather proud of me. I am not going to miss to use again spoons and book to try the other receipts.

Finally, know that your presents are very useful for me and I really want to thank you for them. It was really nice of you to remember my birthday and to send that. I can’t thank you enough for these wonderful presents. Thank you also to the rest of the family for the card and to the children for their beautiful drawings.

I hope that everybody goes well, that the life in France always enjoy you so much. Please, don’t hesitate to come to visit me, I would be very happy to welcome you. Give my love to all the family.

You’re sincerely,

……………..

Pourriez vous me corriger svp! Merci d'avance

Dear …………,

Thank you much for the spoons and the French cookery book that you sent <to> me. The recipes look wonderful, and I enjoy using <it> them.<(les recettes)

It is a very good idea to have joined spoons because for an English girl like me who isn't used to <flats> dishes <in> with sauce I didn't still possess this equipment.

Yesterday, I tried to <make> cook a meal composed of that recipe for friends and I can say that they all appreciated. <The> French cooking is very different <than> from ours,<(le pronom possessif, pas l'adjectif) and we discovered surprising flavours. It seems subtler, it associates luxurious<ly><(l'adjectif, pas l'adverbe) food, which we would not imagine together, and it gives an incredible<(l'adjectif AVANT le nom) wealth of <gout incredible> taste. As for the dessert I chose to make a tatin tart which is apparently typical; it is a sort of caramelized<(idem !) apple tart <caramelised>. I found it very successful. Contrary to our usual cakes it is very light to eat and it <bottom> melts in the mouth.

All my friends congratulated me on my flat and I <can> must admit that I was rather proud of myself. I <am not going to miss> will make sure to use <again> spoons and book again to try the other recipes.

Finally, I want you to know that your presents are very useful for me and I really want to thank you for them. It was really nice of you to remember my birthday and to send that. I can't thank you enough for these wonderful presents. Thank you also to the rest of the family for the card and to the children for their beautiful drawings.

I hope that everybody <goes> is well, that <the> you are still enjoying life in France <always enjoy you so> very much. Please, don't hesitate to come to visit me, I would be very happy to welcome you. Give my love to all the family.

Bon weekend. :)
