Merci d'avance!

Voilà la première partie:

Zoé's Ark is a French charity organization with the aim of increasing awareness of the crisis in Darfur and providing aid for children affected by the conflict. The justice of this country condemns then the main members for the hard labours. The president of the Chad Idriss Déby Itno and the president of France Nicolas Sarkozy will intervene.

Zoé's Ark was founded in 2005 by volunteer fireman Éric Breteau, former president of the French 4x4 Federation, who named it after a girl orphaned by the December 2004 Asian tsunami. The group, registered as a non-governmental organization with the French authorities, sought to aid children affected by the tsunami. She spreads her activities in Sudan and in the Chad in 2007, through "Opération Darfour" (Children Rescue).

Actions in Indonesia:

In Indonesia, the operation " Portfolios for Children " aim at giving to more than 100 000 children of the region the possibility of reaching places of culture, intellectual enrichment and blooming.

The Chadian affair:

The project of the association:

The " Operation Darfour on 2007 " aim at collecting gifts and at organizing the evacuation of children of less than five years orphans (up to ten thousand), so that families adopt them against an average 1490€.

Progress of the operation:

At least a part of the relatives of the concerned children received from false information on the objective of the project. The members of the association the Arc of Zoé are accused of having known that it was not about orphans, but these deny him. October 25th, 2007, volunteers, people in charge of the association, members of Spanish equipage of the plane are stopped by the authorities while they had to leave Chad with hundred and three children. They are suspected of kidnapping of children. The Chadian president, Idriss Déby, asserts that the concerned children are not orphans. The association evokes an operation intended to evacuate towards Europe the children orphans of the Darfour, the victims of the civil war.

All in all, the president of the association Éric Breteau and his partner Émilie Lelouch, Philippe Van Winkelberg, Alain Peligat, Dominique Aubry, Nadia Mérimi, the journalist Marie Agnès Peleran, as well as two other journalists who accompanied them, seven Spaniards and two Chadians, are put in detention to Abéché (an east city Chadian).

J'ai encore deux parties! Voilà la première!

November 9th, 2007, three Spaniards and Belgian pilot who were charged with complicity with The Arc of Zoé are released.

Le procès tchadien:

The lawsuit began on December 21st, 2007 in front of the criminal Court of N'Djamena. The verdict returned by the court of justice December 26th, 2007 condemns six members of the association in eight years of prison with hard labours and for a pecuniary 6,5 million euro condemnation.

J'ose poster le dernier paragraphe! MDR !

The return in France:

On December 28th, 2007, has 9:10 pm, they were repatriated in France, has the airport of Bourget. During the audience on January 28th, 2008, the magistrates' court of Créteil determined height years of imprisonment as punishment equivalent to eight years of hard labour in which they were condemned in the Chad.

This association made many unfortunates. Notably the French families which thought of receiving a child, as well as child Chadian who thought they could study, but also the relatives of the Chadian who were wanted that their child went at school. In addition this association with fact lose a lot of money, because of the lawsuits, the repatriations.

The return TO France:

On December 28th, 2007, AT 9:10 pm, they were repatriated in France, AT the airport of Bourget. During the audience OF January 28th, 2008, the magistrates' court of Créteil détermine (es-tu sure que ça se dit?) EIGHT years of custodial sentence

as AN EQUIVALENT punishment WITH THE eight years of FORCES labour TO which they were condemned in <pas besoin de THE> Chad.

This association made many MIS FORTUNES (unfortunates veut dire pauvres). IN PARTICULAR the French families which thought THEY COULD ADOPT a child, THUS the Chadian children who though they could study, but also TO the chiliennes parents who wanted that their child went TO school. FURTHERMORE this association made a big loss of money (pas trop sur de ça mais bon…) because of the lawsuits and the repatriations.

D'accord! Merci beaucoup en tout cas! Par contre je n'ai pas compris pourquoi tu mettais chiliennes dans: "but also TO the chiliennes parents who wanted that their child went TO school. "
