julie59 Posté(e) le 11 décembre 2007 Signaler Posté(e) le 11 décembre 2007 BOnjour à tous !!! Je dois écrire sur deux sujets en anglais : "Aerobics is outdated" Discuss et What work experience do you have. MERci BeAuCOuP !!! >>Aerobics is outdated... I do not think that aerobics is an outdated activity on the contrary this one knows a growing enthusiasm: it became very popular and very appreciated with the wire of time. Indeed, this one is very appreciated because it has multiple benefits on the organization: it improve circulation, tone up the muscles, help the flexibility, reduced the disease risk cardiovascular, it makes it possible to acquire a physical good condition and a better knowledge of its body. It has also benefits of a nature muscular, articular, pulmonary and psychological. In addition to its benefits on the organization, aerobics also attracts by preoccupation with an esthetics. The thinness having become a very important criterion of beauty, good number of women are rush in the rooms of aerobics to keep the line. Moreover this sporting discipline many people attract: they are not exclusively reserved to the teenagers and to the young girls but also to the active women and to the housewives. Aerobics thus touches all the age brackets. The meetings of aerobics are exempted on involving musics and are directed towards the dance what makes them convivial and ludic. This passion for aerobics can also result in the fact that this activity can be practiced as well groups some as at home. These last years, of many clubs of sport opened their door to answer the growing success of aerobics. New alternatives of aerobics developed such as the body attack, the step, the cardio funk, the body balances…. >>Work experience... I worked as a veterinary secretary in a cabinet: I remember it very well it was during the heat wave in 2003. I accommodated the customers, I served them in drugs for the animals. I took the appointments for the operations or simple consultations. I made also the telephone reception which was for the majority of the urgencies. I assisted the veterinary surgeon during the operations. From time to time I work as waitress for my aunt who is caterer at the time of marriages, birthdays, communions… it is in general very tiring because one early begins the morning and one finishes the evening very late: that represents approximately 18 hours of works not stop but is very well pay. I also worked in a center of assistance by work for people handicapped in August 2004 and 2003. I helped them to carry out their tasks. They made all kinds of activities like vinegar conditioning, rice, of flour, they assembled sorters… that to vary according to the request of the companies. I have a very good memory of this work, in particular of handicapped with which I worked. This summer I worked during two months and half in a supermarket as a warehouseman, I were to fill the rays, to make the orders, to install the new products and publicities. It was very tiring because it is necessary to rise to 5:00 the every day (except Sunday of course) and because it is very “physical”: paperboards should be carried, to move pallets. I do not have very a good memory of these track records.
