in africa physiotherapeute work in medical center this work consist for the reeducation for the walk after a accident and help handicap il your house The difficultys for this job are the lack of materiel and physiotherapist with the good formation for use this material and the health speciality In africa trer are not ergotherpeut or logopedist for give physioterapeutist and patient in the processus for learn work in other mouvement for tere facilty ther life

nevertheless In africa the personaland the patient lives in solidaruty climat and this atmosphere can save many life This aspect is very important because is the big center of the medical system in africa .

In europe physiotherapist work in medical office with other physotherapeutist This job is more different becouse the profesional repact the prescription of doctor and only that . for execute this there are many machin or thecnical .The physiotherapist for permit to win there life can receves many patient in the same times The consequence are the physiotherapeute doesn’t have the relation with the patient this job machin or thecnical is the center of traitment. But a other form for this job is the consult to the house of the patient where the therapeut enter in the intimity of malad and there are a realy share betwenn physiotherapeute and malad

For the conclusion the same job in two differently culture is very opposite . In africa there

dans ce texte nous allons voir 2 aspect du metier de kine dans un dispensaire en afrique et dans un cabinet medical en europe

en afrique le kine travail dans un centre de soisn son travail consiste en la reeducaton de la marche apres un accident et dans l aide des personnes handicapes dans la vie de tous les jours .Les difficultes pour ce travail sont dû au manque d équipement et de kine formé pour utiliser ces equipements et soigner des maladies peu courante In africa il n y a pas d ergo ou de logo pour aider le kine et le patient dans le processus de soins et ainsi apprendre au patient de nouveau geste pour lui rendre la vie plus facile Neanmois en afrique l' equipe médical et le patient vive dans un climat de solidarite cette atmosphere de travail est le pilier de leur systeme de soins

En europe les kine travail dans un cainet avec d'autre kine ,leurs travail est tres different car leur travail consist a executer les ordres du medecin inscrit sur l'ordonnance avec des machines et des techniques speciales.Le kiné grâce à cela reçoit plusieurs patient a la fois et par consequent n etablie pas de relation personnel entre lui et le malade . une facon de retrouver cette relation est la visite au domicile du patient celle ci est moins technique est permet au kiné d entrer dans l intimite de la personne .

De façon general en europe le metier de kineest de venu tres technique au detriment de la relation malade -therapeute alors que en afrique cette relation est au centre du traitment en conclusion je dirais que ce metier devrais bien sur reposer sur la reusite de la uerison de la personne mais aussi sur la solidarite et le partage entre malade et therapeute et entre therapeute
