Hello Sir,
Today, I stand before you to express my wish. Indeed, I intend to study abroad in the city of Montreal located in the province of Quebec. I desire to join the prestigious McGill University for the beginning of the academic year 2023. You must be wondering why I chose to study abroad instead of staying in a place i'm familiar with.
To begin with, I come from a rather poor family, my determination and ambitions are linked by the fact I don't want to experience destitution anymore. Also the fact that I studied abroad is a real plus in the resume; recruters like to hire students who have studied abroad because it says a lot about their caracteir. It would allow me to create a real adress and contact book.
Generally speaking, studying in a english-speaking country allows you to make friends who come from all over the world, so you can improve your langage skills and even become bilingual. I'll be able to discover many cultures through the country where I live and through my classmates. Finally, going to Quebec means a complete change of scenery as well as a breath of fresh air. The landscapes are very beautiful and colorful in automn, it is a rather green city which changes from the grayness of Paris.
Nevertheless, study abroad doesn't only means social benefit but also personal benefit. It would allow me to become more independent, more open-minded, more mature and more autonomous.
Moreover, it would allow me learn things I didn't know about myself. All of these benefits would allow me to develop self-confidence, because I would acquire and develop things I didn't expect or I was able to develop or acquire.
However, this project could never be realized as it involves a certain financial cost, this is why, sir, I'm asking for your help and your benevolance so that this projet can come to fruition.
Thank you for your attention and your consideration.
