Correction D'un Travail.

Bonjour ! En anglais mon sujet de travaille est la cigarette. Pour demain je dois commenter une photo. J’ai commenté la photo en français puis j’ai traduit mon travail en anglais. Cela dit je ne suis pas sur de toute ma traduction. Je pense avoir fait des fautes. Alors silvouplait. Pouvez-vous me corriger ma traduction ? Merci d’avance.

Voici mon travail :

La photo montre un homme traversant à cheval le Grand Canyon. A côté de lui un autre cheval porte sur sa selle un homme mort dans un sac. Cette photo montre le cow-boy qui est le symbole des cigarettes Marlboro. En haut de l’image se trouve le slogan. Le slogan est « What if cigarettes ads told the truth? » En bas à droite de la photo, un message d‘avertissement pour les fumeurs.

Ce qui me frappe sur cette photo publicitaire, c’est qu’elle est contradictoire. D’un côté elle représente l’espace, la liberté, un homme à cheval donc l’indépendance et de l’autre la dépendance, représenté par un cheval portant un mort sur son dos.

La photo montre un sac contenant un homme mort sur un cheval afin de démontrer la nocivité de la cigarette qui peut entraîner la mort.

Voici le travail que j’ai traduit :

The photo shows a man crossing on horseback the Big Canyon. Next to him another horse concerns its saddle a man died in a bag. This photo shows the cowboy who is the symbol of cigarettes Marlboro. At the top of the picture is the slogan. The slogan is «What if cigarettes ads told the truth?» Below to the right of the picture, a warning message for the smokers.

What strikes me on this advertising photo, it is that it is contradictory. On one side it represents the space, the freedom, a man on horseback thus the independence and of the other one the dependence, represented by a horse concerning a dead man the back.

The photo shows a body bag on a horse to demonstrate the harmfullness of the cigarette which can pull the death.
