Texte sur le massacre au lycée de Parkland

Bonjour,

Voici mon texte que j'ai fait en Anglais. Je dois utiliser le Past perfect + le prétérit. Pouvez-vous me corriger et autre chose c'est un mail que j'adresse à Donald Trump , je ne sais pas comment finir ce mail (formule de politesse mais pas vraiment dans un mail) . je suis à 143 mots et je dois en mettre 150.

I am a student at PAKLAND High School. I witnessed mass shooting that killed 17 casualties and people injured. The shooter NIKOLAS CRUZ was arrested after opening fire on high school students and shooting at the staff of the establishment. He had legally bought his firearm. Since then, to demonstrate against, I am a member of the group "Rever again" because I protest against "The National Rifle Association" (NRFA)which authorizes the right to bear arms according to the second amendment of the constitution of the United States. Why not do like some countries, if not prohibit, make a law for gun control, or why not do as in France that a gun owner must have the authorization to hold weapons. Perhaps before, do an awareness campaign to raise people's awareness of this issue which makes more than 10 000 deaths a year.
