Bonjour, quelqu'un pourrait me corriger ce texte portant sur la notion "Lieux et formes de pouvoir" s'il vous plaît ?

Merci d'avance pour votre aide :)

I will talk about the concept of "places and forms of power." I am going to start with a definition of this concept. Power is the ability to exercise an authority over one or more individuals but also the ability to influence people's behavior. To illustrate this concept, I have choosen to speak about the power of media. We can ask ourselves: Why do the media play an important role in our society?

The media play an important role in today's society. After the executive, the legislature and the judiciary, they are even called the fourth power, because they play a role in the democratic balance. The media's primary role is to inform people about what is happen in the world; they will be the first to alert us for a natural disaster or a terrorist attack, for example.
Today, there are two types of media: traditional media that include the press, television and the radio and new media that include the Internet.

With Internet, specifically via social networks and blogs, we can quickly get the information, identify and share.
Everyone can therefore produce information.

Although we are not journalists, we can have a lot of power. Indeed the traditional media can be replaced by some citizens who decide to become independent journalists. Their goal is to reveal via social networks the information that traditional media do not broadcast.
The media can also allow advanced social. Indeed, the media can be a stimulus to social progress. Taking the example of Rosa Park, this woman has influenced the world to boycott the bus and to end segregation on buses.
However we must to be careful what we see : we must think critically about the information we receive. Indeed, we can easily be handled, especially if we use the same source of information everydays because it is possible that some media are corrupt. The quality of information can be questioned and the vigilance of the users is the only bulwark against misinformation.

In class we studied the demonstration which took place in the US in 2011. The event was conducted by the movement called "Occupy Wall Street" which aimed to denounce the non-distribution of wealth in the United Unis. Some protesters interviewed by RT-a foreign channel-insisted that they were not hippies nor drug addicts nor potential criminals partying around but working people who volunteered their time. Some made very sharp criticisms of the US media, claiming they were a joke and typical of a fascist regime, with the collaboration of corporations and government. They blamed the media for lying and distorting the truth and for being interested only in the clashes between the protesters and the police.
We can also add that sometimes the media are controlled by the Government.

Indeed, in some dictatorial countries, all the television channels and websites are monitored and controlled. We can (citer) the example of North Korea where it's forbidden to criticize the Korean government under penalty of death sentence or in Turkey where YouTube is censored.
Propaganda often replaces the media in these countries and aims to condition the population to a certain ideology as in China, where the posters on communism were once widely used.
To conclude the media play a fundamental role in our society because they are the symbol of freedom of expression and are the first informants of events; but we should keep a critical mind and pay attention to everything we see in particular in dictatorial countries where truth is often hidden.

Although an anchor in reality brittanic spy, James Bond embodies a myth to the public worldwide. We note that the public keeps a mythical image even over the years, in fact James Bond does not change; it remains in the same age, forty years; and is still the beautiful brown man with blue eyes who is the masculine ideal of times it crosses.

Moreover, as in the description of the character of Iann Flemming in the presentation of James Bond in the realization of films, this hero is always highlighted by his strength, his courage, his charm, beauty and appearance seems sometimes even more important than the story itself, we see a contrast between him and evil but between man and woman, the hunter and his prey always in close connection to reality as in the tales of Perrault by example

The character of James Bond, particularly in the staging, always a minimum of muscles. He knows how to fight against his enemies, sometimes even succeeded in defeating a band by itself, is in almost fictional. Although his muscles enough for him, it has highly sophisticated gadgets, such as patches to revive itself (Casino Royale) Finally, the character of James Bond has political, sociological, aesthetic, and after sexual an artistic adaptation
