Bonjour,

J'ai fait un texte sur l'entreprise Nestlé et je voulais savoir si ça ne faisait pas trop traduction franaçais-anglais, et si possible j'aurais aimé que certaines tournures soient corrigées. Merci :)

1. Who is Henry Nestlé ?

Henri Nestlé, whose real name is Heinrich Nestle was born on 10 August 1814, in Frankfurt , in Germany. His parents are Johann Ulrich Matthias Nestlé et Anna-Maria Catharina Ehemann and he has thirteen brothers and sisters. Henri Nestlé was rocked (?) in the business world because his father owned a company of glazing which he inherited by tradition (for five generations) from his own father.

He made his debut in the industry in 1843, by buying a mill and a distillery. He fits out a workshop) where he makes his first chemical tries. He tries to make some vinegar, some flour of bone and some oil. Because of financial difficulties, Henri Nestlé diversified in the flour for infant with milk, sugar and wheat flour. This flour will save a child allergic to the milky products. This baby cereal is marketed in 1867. It is rewarded by a golden medal in the World Fair of Paris, in 1872. The flour Nestlé conquers then Europe and the United States.

In 1875, Henri Nestlé sells his company to his commercial partners. He moved into a house in Glion , and he died of a heart attack on 7 July 1890 in his house.

2. The Nestlé society since 1875

In 1875, the company changed legal shape, it became a limited company. During the First World war ( 1914-1918 ), the increase of the demand in dairy products encourages the company to develop its setting-up abroad. In the twenties, the company markets new products, among which the malted milk, the powder beverages Milo, or still the powder buttermilk for infants. In 1929, Nestlé purchases the Peter chocolate factory, Congeal, Kohler Chocolats Suisses limited company, whom the founder, Daniel Peter, is the inventor of the milk chocolate in 1875.

From 1947, Nestlé continued its external growth thanks to the acquisition and the merger of several society. Regrettably, in 1977, a campaign is led against Nestlé to protest against the lack of information on Nestlé products. Effectively, in developing countries, certain mothers mixed the milk Nestlé with contaminated water, what caused of infantile deaths. The boycott come to an end in 1984, when Nestlé agreed to respect the codes of marketing

This anecdote is now forgotten, because Nestlé knew how to bounce and prove its skills thanks to its experience. Today it is leading on the sector of the food
