Bonjour, voilà j'ai terminé mon débat sur downlodading and copyright, je dois le faire face à toute ma classe mercredi et je suis hyper stressé , c'est plutot un exposé débat si vous voyez.

J'ai traduit une bonne partie de ce que j'ai fait mais j'aimerai avoir un langage plus anglais (moins de l'esprit francais traduit an anglais ) pouvez vous m'aidez?

Voilà ce que j'ai fait en français:

Downloading and copyright

c'est vraiment un phénomène majeur très médiatisée et donc un problème de société.

Qu'est ce que c'est? Downloading=téléchargement d'informations avec internet sur n'importe quel serveur)

Copyright=protège les oeuvres littéraires ou musicales de ceux qui veulent les utiliser sans verser en contrepartie d'argent.

J'ai décidé d'adopter deux points de vue pour ou contre le téléchargement.

I/ Arguments en faveur du téléchargement

Le téléchargement serait lié dans notre société actuelle au téléchargement de CD (musiques) mais on peut étendre ce débat à celui du téléchargements des jeux, logiciels. Tout d'abord, même sans le vouloir, on l'a tous fait, rien qu'en photocopiant un livre ou en gravant un CD. De plus, il existe des facilités de téléchargement grâce au peer to peer nombreux comme Kazaa, Gnutella...

Le téléchargement évite aux gens de se déplacer (bonne ou mauvaise chose selon les cas). Ce serait aussi un moyen de découvrir un album pour si satisfaction l'acheter ensuite. Un moteur essentiel du téléchargement serait aussi que les CD sont trop chers. Télécharger serait donc un moyen d'économiser mais alors l'Etat dans tous ca? (nous verrons ca en II) Pour finir, la société joue un double jeu, le premier se voie dans le prix du matériel pour graver. De nos jours, il y a une baisse du prix du matériel, graveurs pour 50 euros, il y a bcp de logiciels facilitant le piratage, même des magazines. Cependant bien que les CD vierge ont été longtemps peu chers, il y a une hausse di prix des CD vierges , ce qui serait peut erte un 1 er frein au téléchargement en faveur d'une répression.

II/Arguments contre

La loi, aujourd'hui interdit le téléchargement illégal. Elle punit sévèrement tout individu de 300000 euros d'amende et de 3 ans de prisons ferms au maximum. (nombreuses campagnes publicitaires). En téléchargeant, on volerait le travail d'un autre qui passe des heures et des jours à créer et il recevrait rien en contrepartie. De plus, il y a une baisse des ventes des CD par exemple, cond un manque à gagner et notamment par l'état. La TVA instaurée sur les CD échappe à l'état. Le téléchargement a donc instaurer un réseau de cybercriminalité avec deux degrés : utilisation personnelle; à but lucratif: pour les revendre

J'ai lu récemment dans un magazine que le risque de se faire prendre était valable pour ceux qui avaient téléchargé entre 1200 et 2000 MP3 et les autres on en fait quoi? De plus, les gens et en particulier les jeunes n'arrêtent pas de télécharger même avec ces lois fermes car ils pensent qu'ils sont cachés par la masse, les CD sont toujours aussi chers donc les jeunes préfèrent télécharger et dépenser leur argent autrement.

II/Arguments against

The law, today forbidden the illegal downloading. it punishes all individual of 300000 euros of fine and 3 years of jails ferms severely to the maximum. (numerous advertising campaigns). While downloading, one would steal the work of an another one that passes of the hours and days to create and he would receive anything in counterpart. Besides, there is a decrease of the CD sales for example, therefore a lack to win and notably by the state. The VAT instituted on the CD escapes the state. The downloading has institute a network of cybercriminalité therefore with two degrees: personal use; for profit: to resell them

Did I read lately in a magazine that the risk to make themselves take was valid for those that had downloaded between 1200 and 2000 MP3S and the other one makes what of it? Besides, people and in particular the young don't stop downloading even with these firm laws because they think that they are hidden by the mass, the CD is always therefore as expensive the young prefer to download and to spend their money otherwise.
