  1. Sujet d'argumentation

Voici le sujet : SUBJECT 3: To live peacefully, do we have to say « yes » to anything ? Voici mon travail : Throughout the ages, people searched for a world of peace. Writers, any century, wrote many literary works with they ideal world. We called these works utopias. But after analysis of these works, we found that these ideal worlds were not without constraints and rules. Everything was not authorized to do. So, to live to peacefully, do we have to say « yes » to anything ? I don’t think so. → First of all, I don’t think that saying « yes » to anything is good. For example if we say yes to anything, it means that there would probably don’t have rules and constraints and obligations… indeed, saying « yes » is not necessarily a good thing because I think that people could be too free and couldn’t reign themself. Of course, some people would be able to use self-control, but everybody are different and some people would probably don’t set limits so it would be a problem. For example, if we say « yes» to anything, people can just don’t want to work so they would be able to do anything. However, if nobody works, life wouldn’t be possible because we need food, healthcare professions, we need people to build our houses… → Then, even if everything is authorized to do, people would be unhappy because everybody don’t have the same opinion. Indeed, if we say « yes » to something, we can’t say « yes » to the opposite of this thing. For example, if we say « yes » to delete the hunting, how to pleasure people who are fond of hunting ? If we say yes to stop killing animals to eat them, some people would disagree with it because they like eating meat. And if nobody is happy, there would be tensions and maybe violence so of course there wouldn’t a world of peace. There are so many exemples of it. It shows us that saying « yes » to anything would be almost impossible because we wouldn’t satisfied everybody! → To end up, even if today, we don’t have an ideal world, saying « yes » to anything is not a solution to live peacefully. It’s not possible to say yes to anything. And world need rules and constraints to operate. We can found negotiations and common grounds to restore peace, even if it’s complicated, hard, we have to try, this is the key to successful. Merci d'avance.
  2. Sujet d'invention

One day, a women knocked on Jean Luc's door. That was in 1947. She was named Alice. Jean Luc didn't know who she was however Alice claimed to have something important to tell him. Jean Luc was stunned and invited her to go have a coffee. They sat down at the table and Alice began his account: " I was actually hesitant about coming here today. I know that what I'm gonna tell you is not easy to hear. When I was 27, I was arrested and disposed in a camp for many reasons that I am not going to develop. When I arrived in the camp, I was terrified and frightened. When suddenly, Christine, a woman, asked me if I was all right. She had a note-book and a pen in her hand. I told her that I was really scared and I asked her what was going to happen to me. And she said:" You're old enough to work with us so don't worry, if you did what they want, they won't hurt you." Christine was always brave. She never lost heart. She used to say that one day, we would go out from the camp and go back home. Then, in 1941, many deportees were placed on the camp and we started to be not fed. In spite of it, Christine stayed strong. But, one day, she got sick, she had typhus. A few days before her death, she revealed me all of her actions into the camp. She told me that she had accomplices which were camp's guards. She handed over messages to update the over resistants, to tell us the conditions of the camp and to transmit us her ideas to fight the nazis. She did a lot for me, and I wanted to do something for her. At first, she din't agree with it but I begged her and she finally accept my proposition. I decided to replace her and to rejoin the resistance. She gave me all instructions that I needed and I became a restistant. And in 1945, I was delivered. And today, I'm here because a few hours before her death,Christine asked me to give you this letter of her." Jean Luc, with tears on his eyes, took the letter and began to read it. She was telling him how much she miss him, and she told him all her path and the actions she led from the camp. Jean Luc thanked Alice and read over and over the letter, relieved to know the truth. Merci d'avance

“Wuthering Heights” is a story of a men, Mr Lockwood, come to stay at “Thrushcross Grange”. One day, while he came to “Wuthering Heights”, he had to stay because of the weather and a strange thing happened(he believed to see a ghost) and he discovered a diary held by a little girl named Catherine. Came back to “Thrushcross Grange”, he asked Mrs Dean, a domestic who had worked at “Wuthering Heights”, in order to learn more. She told him the story of a family, including a father, who brought a little boy, come back of a journey. The little boy wasn’t very educated, without parents. But very quickly, Catherine, the youngest daughter of Mr Earnshaw, began to appreciate him and established a link with him. He became her “playmate”. However, Hindley, Catherine’s brother, didn’t accept this boy and didn’t look favorably this link. After the death of Mr and Mrs Earnshaw, Hindley became the master of the house with his wife Frances, and didn’t save Catherine and Heathcliff. Catherine met a boy who lived at “Thrushcross Grange”: Edgar Linton. Catherine felt in love with Edgar and while Heathcliff had disappeared, Catherine and Edgar got married. In the meantime, Mr Hindley had a boy named Hareton but Frances died. Mr Hindley didn’t nurse his daughter and became an horrible human, alcoholic. Hareton was raised by Mrs Dean his early years. One day, Heathcliff came back to”Thrushcross Grange”. He had made fortune. We learnt that Heathcliff and Catherine were in love since they were young. But, probably by revenge, Heathcliff decided to seduce Isabelle. Isabelle and Catherine quarreled about it and Heathcliff and Isabelle escaped to get married. Because of this story, Edgar and Catherine quarreled and Catherine got sick. When Edgar learnt this, he nursed Catherine but she died when she gave birth of a little girl: Catherine. We learnt that(while Isabelle and Heathcliff lived at “Wuthering Heights”)Isabelle, having to live with Heathcliff who became unlivable, decided to leave “Wuthering Heights” and gave birth of a boy named Linton. Catherine Linton was raised in happiness with her father and Mrs Dean. Hareton was raised by Heathcliff when Hindley died. When Isabelle died, Linton went to “Thrushcross Grange”, but Heathcliff learnt this and took his son. Catherine was really unhappy because of the leaving of her cousin so she decided to contact him, first with letters, then with secrets visits, and she left in love with him. Heathcliff had prepared a plan, for revenge, to hurt Mr Linton, but especially to return of lands, and to do this, he wanted to marry Catherine and Linton. Mr Linton, got sick, looked favorably this marriage because he was going to die and he didn’t want to let his daughter alone. Catherine and Linton got married but Heathcliff wasn’t kind with them. Mr Linton died. Linton was a gentle soul and got sick. Heathcliff’s plan wasn’t good because Mr Linton did a testament to prevent his plans. Linton died of a disease. Mr Lockwood, who heard this entire story, decided to live “Thrushcross Grange” to go on London. And some time later, he returned to “Thrushcross Grange” and Mrs Dean wasn’t at the Grange. So he went to “Wuthering Heights” and he learnt what happened: Heathcliff died of a mysterious disease, he seemed to become crazy. Catherine and Hareton, eventually appreciated and felt in love. Merci d'avance

Hi ! Have you heard of the news ? Hello ! Yes of course. Are you satisfied with the results ? I’m so disappointed, this country is on a slippery slope. You’re right ! I disagree with your opinion. I’m just fed up with the E.U, they don't let the British control its immigration policy. Yes but the immigrants will feel frustrated. Yes,and in the long run the economy will be not steady. The pound will lose its monetary value. Yes, and the Brexit is expensive. Are you not regretting your vote ? I wish I had not voted to leave the E-U. I wish we had the opportunity to vote again. I don’t regret my vote because I really think that the government will be able to lead freely the country. But England lost access to the common market so the british exportation will be not easy to export their products. Well, you know what, everybody can think what he wants but now I have to go back at home,so good bye. Yes me too, good bye. Good bye. Merci d'avance. Lili33331

He sutied in Robert Treat for one year but he left it because of the constant monitoring of his father who didn’t trust him. So, Marcus decided to go on another university whose is called Winesburg situated in the Ohio. The probleme is that Marcus is failing at integrating him : he changed twice bedroom because he was on very poor terms with his roommates; he didn’t want to go on a fraternity because he didn’t believe on fraternities. He wanted to stay “unaffiliated”. One day, he met a girl who is named Olivia Hutton. He invited her to go whit him at a restaurant whose is called l’Escargot. Sonny Cottler invited him to go on his fraternity to slept on night. But, during this night, Marcus and the members of the fraternity decided to go messing in the bedrooms of the girl. Marcus was removed of the institution so he had to fight in the Korean War and he died. Olivia had a breakdown. Marcus’s father died because of a cut on his abdomen. Marcus’s mother lived 100 years ago. 6- I think that the musical tone is dramatic because of the end. Marcus go to war in Korea and he died. His relationship with Olivia hasn’t progressed because she had a depression and Marcus was removed of the institution. But I don’t think that the musical tone is romantic because the relationship between Olivia n=and Marcus is not romantic. Moreover, the life of Marcus is dramatic because he has many problems (with his parents, roommates…). Pourriez-vous me dire si mon texte est juste ? Merci d'avance pour vos réponses.
  8. Écrire une histoire

Bonjour, merci pour votre aide. Bonne soirée.
  9. Écrire une histoire

Bonjour, je dois écrire une histoire en anglais et je ne sais pas si c'est juste: Once upon a time, a woman who was called Kate. As usual, she was cleaning the house. While she was raising a dust on her husband’s desk, there were a mysterious letter by him. She hesitated to open it because she had a lot of respect for her husband. She was wondering about this letter and it’s content : “ Why is there a letter ? Is it for me ? Why would it be for me ? Have I to open it ?” She sat on the chair which was not fair. Finally, she decided to open it. She began to read it : “Dear Kate, I have so many things to say to you that I don’t know how to begin. First of all, you’re the best thing happened in my life. The first time where I see you,I just knew that you were the one that I've always needed.” Kate smiled. “When I get married with you, I was the happier of the world. But, for some time, you seem to be unhappy and I don’t really know if it’s because of me. Maybe that it is because I travel every time around the world, or maybe it is because you’re not in love me ? I am in doubt. I’ve been giving a great deal of thought to our relationship but the idea of divorce is not possible. I don’t want to lose you. Write me please. William.” Kate stood there. She was shocked. She took a piece of paper and begin to write: “ Dear William, I read your letter and I am shocked. I’m unhappy because you travel every time around the world. How can you believe that I am not in love with you. I am in love with you. I just want you to be with me longer. I need to be with you. As you, I don’t want to divorce. I never thought of that before. With love, Kate” A few days later, Kate received a letter from William : “Dear Kate, Your letter reassured me. I’m going to stop working around the world and to find another job close to home to stay every time with you. I want you to know that I love you. See you in a week. William” Kate realized that speaking of her problems which she meets with her husband is very important and now,she was never going to make this error.

Objet: Classe section européenne Dear mister and madam, Since last year, I study in an english class european because I want to reinforce this language. I am intersting in English. Last year, I went to London with my class. It was amazing because I could see the English life and I visited numerous monuments : The Tower Bridge, The london eyes, Big Ben... I want to integrate the class of the european section because english is an international language. And if I can speak english fluently, I can travel all over the world and it's an advantage for numerous work. The english class is for me, very easy, so it's obvious for me to reinforce this language. Moreover, this year, I had the opportunity to read a book and I want to do anothers activities to perfect my englishs knowledges. I'm hard working so to have more homeworks is not a problem for me because I know how to organize my homeworks. I like a lot these twoyears of European section that's why I would like to continue.
